I personally dislike over done hybrids I don't think they fair at all, you are putting two of the spactram{SP?} together, Good and evil in its forms can not be over done or the person because either nothingness or massively deformed. Other reason I have this rule is because mixes like this is easy to god mod.

I did notices after I typed up that rant that you have him as a witch , that could make sense. There is no need to mix different species and even have him as a past elder, Which again I am not allowing at this time. to have the powers that you picked out. An upper level witch can form these powers.

Next Name:Hugh "Dylan" Halliwell sorry I am not allowing halliwells other then the cannons, well that are blood related anyways. It seems you are trying to say that he was adopt by the charmed ones and if so by who? and how.
